We knew we wanted to stop at Devils Lake because it is famous for its fishing and Koen loves to throw a line in.

⛺️Camp at Woodland Resort

🎣Some of the best lake fishing in the US is at Devils Lake. You can even catch some off the docks at Woodland Resort!

🚤Rent a pontoon boat for swimming, exploring and fishing for a giant walleye or northern Pike in deeper waters.

🍻Have a drink, catch the sunset and enjoy live music at Bubbers after a long day out boating.

🛒The sweet town of Devils Lake, ND is only ten minutes away, has a farmers market on the weekends in summer and any groceries you will need. 

🍔If you prefer to dine out, Proz Lakeside is right at the resort and there are several other options in town. 

Weekends at the lake with my family were one of my favorite activities as a child. It was so nice to enjoy some down time together on the lake!
